Ironbound made her RC44 Championship Tour debut at the ORACLE RC44 Cup in Miami in December 2010 and crept up the leaderboard throughout the 2011 Tour until spectacularly taking second place at the RC44 World Championships and finished the Tour 10th overall. Owned by experienced one-design racer David Murphy, the team will be hoping to repeat this success in Lanzarote for the first event of the 2012 tour.
